Yoga Instructor

I first stepped onto the mat in 2020, seeking a way to ease my anxiety. What I found was far greater — a practice that quieted my mind, grounded my spirit, and opened a path toward balance. Guided by inspiring teachers over the years, I fell deeply in love with yoga’s ability to strengthen the body while opening the heart and quieting the mind.
In March 2024, on a yoga retreat in India, I experienced a profound sense of wholeness, as though every piece of me had finally found its place. That feeling became a compass, guiding me toward this new journey I am embarking on.
In October 2025, I left the corporate world to follow that calling. This journey continued in November 2025, when l completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training with House of Om in Bali. I am currently wandering through Asia — teaching in studios and online, reconnecting with myself, and remaining a lifelong student of this ancient practice.
Through my classes, I hope to share not just movement, but a pathway to flexibility, strength, focus, and the quiet joy that yoga has brought into my own life — a journey that, for me, is leading toward Samadhi.
My classes are a practice in mindful movement — a space where each pose is guided by the breath and infused with strength. Through dynamic flow and intentional alignment, we step out of the constant chatter of the mind and fully into the presence of the body.
