Refund Policy

All classes must be booked and paid for in advance. Cancellations made at least 5 hours before the class start time are eligible for a refund or credit. Cancellations made within 5 hours, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Class passes and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased. If you cancel a booked class within the allowed time, the credit will return to your pass.

Workshops, retreats, and special events may have their own refund policies, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking. In most cases, deposits are non-refundable.

If ClemsYoga cancels a class or event, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

ClemsYoga reserves the right to make exceptions in cases of genuine emergency at its discretion.
