ABOUT YOUR TEACHER
I discovered yoga in 2020, seeking movement — and found mental serenity. What began as a way to keep my body active grew into a disciplined, energising practice that strengthens both body and mind. Through Vinyasa and Ashtanga, I invite you to flow with focus, breathe with intention, and journey toward the quiet place within — the path to Samadhi.
