Welcome to ClemsYoga. By using this website and booking or attending a class, workshop, or event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. About ClemsYoga
ClemsYoga provides yoga classes, workshops, retreats, and online sessions in English and French for personal wellbeing. The website and services are operated by ClemsYoga. For support or queries, please contact: clembchd@gmail.com
2. Eligibility to Use This Site
You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to attend classes or use this website. By booking, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Services & Bookings
Bookings are made via Wix. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your space. Prices are listed in £ (GBP) and may change, but confirmed bookings will not be affected. Class passes and packages are non-transferable and valid only within their stated timeframe.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 5 hours before class start may be refunded or rescheduled. Cancellations within 5 hours are non-refundable. Workshops, retreats, and special events may have separate cancellation policies, shared at booking. If ClemsYoga cancels a class or event, you will be offered a reschedule or full refund.
5. Online Classes
Students are responsible for ensuring a safe practice environment and stable internet connection. ClemsYoga is not liable for technical issues or injuries sustained during online classes.
6. Health & Safety Disclaimer
Yoga is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. By booking, you confirm that you have consulted a healthcare professional if you have any concerns or medical conditions. You agree to practice mindfully, respect your body’s limits, and stop if you experience discomfort or pain. ClemsYoga is not responsible for injuries or health issues arising during participation. Please read the full Health Disclaimer before attending.
7. Right to Modify Services
ClemsYoga may update, modify, suspend, or remove classes, pricing, or offerings at any time. Any changes will not affect services already booked and paid for.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, videos, designs, and the ClemsYoga logo — is the property of ClemsYoga and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
9. Promotional Communications
By subscribing to the mailing list, you agree to receive emails about classes, workshops, and news. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the footer of emails. Your data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClemsYoga is not liable for damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use of this website or participation in classes. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClemsYoga from any claims or demands arising from your use of the services.

ClemsYoga reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
