Service Description

This class is designed to gently expand your range of motion, release tightness, and create space in the body. Through fluid movements and longer stretches, you’ll explore openness with mindful awareness, cultivating both flexibility and ease. A grounding practice that leaves you feeling lighter, freer, and more at home in your body.

Cancellation Policy

All classes must be booked and paid for in advance through the ClemsYoga website. Bookings are confirmed once payment is received. Class passes are non-transferable and must be used within their stated validity period. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 5 hours before class. After this time, bookings are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. For class passes, the credit will only be returned if cancelled before the cut-off. No-shows are treated as late cancellations. For online classes, please ensure you have a safe practice space and a reliable internet connection. Cameras are optional, though encouraged for feedback. For in-person classes, please arrive 5–10 minutes early and silence mobile phones before class begins. If ClemsYoga needs to cancel a class, students will be offered either a full refund or the chance to reschedule. Please note that workshops, retreats, and events may have separate cancellation policies, which will be provided at the time of booking. By booking a class, you confirm that you are fit to participate and accept responsibility for your own wellbeing in line with the ClemsYoga Health Disclaimer - this will have to be completed before joining your first class.
